We deliver to all parts of the islands within Honolulu, HI. No matter where your event is located, we ensure timely and efficient delivery of your rental items. Please note that delivery fees may apply depending on location.

In the event of poor weather or any condition deemed unsafe by us, or a cancellation by you, the deposit fee is nonrefundable, but may be kept on file for a future rental. You also have the option to reschedule pending availability.

All renters are required to sign a digital rental contract prior to the delivery of the unit. It is expected for all renters to read the contract prior to signing. Units cannot be set up until the contract is signed.

We can set up on grass, concrete, and asphalt. However, we do not set up our rentals on mud or sand. If you’re renting a tent, inflatable game, or bouncer, you'll need to rent sandbags for secure installation.

We accept cash, school or business checks (no personal checks), credit cards, and debit cards. If paying by cash, please provide the exact amount as our drivers do not carry change.

A large order typically includes the rental of 100 or more chairs along with the corresponding tables. If you need to place such an order, please contact us directly. Due to the increased labor and logistics involved, a higher delivery fee will apply.
